Cocktails-to-Go Approved

The Governor signed House Bill 2682, which among many changes, authorized "cocktails-to-go" for current liquor license holders.  This was done as a temporary measure to help ease some of the economic burden felt by restaurants and taverns caused by the pandemic induced shut-downs and partial closures.  The new State law does require approval from the local liquor commissioner as well.
